摘 要:应用A2/O2工艺(缺氧-厌氧-微氧-好氧)中试装置处理氮肥废水,调节MLSS为3 000~3 500 mg/L,SRT为15 d,污泥回流比为80%,硝化液回流比为200%,亚硝化液回流比为150%,水温处于24~28℃。在全程硝化反硝化的基础上通过控制微氧区的DO实现了亚硝态氮的稳定积累,平均积累率达到89%。经过一段时间的稳定运行,在平均进水COD/TN值只有1.2的条件下,出水氨氮平均为10 mg/L,平均去除率达到90%;出水COD平均为28.7 mg/L,平均去除率达到86.4%;出水TN平均为59 mg/L,平均去除率达到68%。The A2/O2(anoxic-anaerobic-microaerobic-aerobic) process was used to treat nitrogenous fertilizer wastewater in a pilot-plant. During the experiment, the MLSS is 3 000 to 3 500 rag/L, the SRT is 15 d, the sludge reflux ratio is 80% , the nitrification liquid reflux ratio is 200% , the nitrosation liquid reflux ratio is 150%, and the wastewater temperature is between 24 and 28 ℃. Based on the complete nitrification and denitrification, stable accumulation of nitrite nitrogen is achieved by controlling the DO in the microaerobic zone, and the accumulation rate reaches an average of 89%. After stable operation for some time, the average ammonia nitrogen, COD and TN in the effluent are 10 mg/L, 28.7 mg/L and 59 mg/L respectively and the average removal rates are 90% , 86.4% and 68% respectively under the condition that the COD/TN of the influent is only 1.2.
