摘　　要：总结了我国办公建筑节水改造评价指标,并通过分析各指标间的关系,利用网络分析法(ANP)建立了办公建筑节水改造评价模型,在SD软件中对指标权重值进行计算,同时根据我国节水改造水平确定了评价指标的经典域和评价等级,建立了我国办公建筑节水改造评价体系,最后利用建立的评价体系对北京市某商务中心节水改造项目进行评价分析,验证了该评价体系的实用性。Indicators for water saving reconstruction evaluation of office buildings in China are summarized, and the evaluation model is built by analyzing interactions among the indicators and using analytic network process （ANP）. The weights of the indicators are calculated by SD software, mean- while, the classic field and evaluation levels are determined according to the water saving reconstruction level in China, and the water saving reconstruction evaluation system is constructed. The water saving reconstruction project in a business center of Beijing is evaluated using the built system to prove the practicability of the system.
