摘　　要：城市污水中蕴含着大量的低品位热能,近年来热泵技术的发展为提取这些低品位能源提供了直接条件。对天津纪庄子再生水厂的采暖系统进行了改造,改造目的主要是:改善原有采暖系统的供热效果;为二级处理出水应用于热泵采暖系统积累数据,以便于将来的大规模推广应用。此次改造采用高温型热泵机组替代原有的采暖锅炉,并对末端及机房设备加以部分调整。改造后采暖效果相比锅炉采暖明显得到改善。同时监测记录了全年的二级处理出水水温,为热泵系统在城市污水领域的应用提供了基础数据。Municipal sewage contains a lot of low quality thermal energy, the development of heat pump technology has facilitated the use of it in the past years. In order to improve the efficiency of existing heating system, collect data for application of secondary effluent in heat pump system and apply this technology widely in the future, the heating system of Jizhuangzi Reclaimed Wastewater Treatment Plant in Tianjin was reconstructed. In this project, the original heating boiler is replaced by high-temperature heat pump unit, and some terminal devices and air-handling units are changed. The heating efficiency is improved significantly compared with boiler heating. Meanwhile, the temperature of the secondary efflu- ent was monitored for a whole year, which provides foundational data for the application of heat pump system in municipal sewage field.
