摘 要:以煤矸石为原料制备了聚硅铝铁(PSFA)絮凝剂。考察了pH、n(Si):n(Al+Fe)对矸石基聚硅铝铁絮凝剂絮凝能力的影响。结果表明:在高温灼烧过程中煤矸石的晶型结构发生了变化,采用向碱提取液中加入酸提取液并加压的方式制得的絮凝剂具有最佳絮凝效果。红外光谱表明所制得的聚硅铝铁絮凝剂中硅、铝、铁均以聚合态存在。当n(Si):n(Al+Fe)=1:1,pH在3-4时为其最佳絮凝条件,用于胜利油田钻井废水处理时,COD去除率〉95%。Polyaluminum ferric silicate(PSFA) flocculant has been prepared by using coal gauge as raw material.The effects of pH,n(Si)∶n(Al+Fe) on the flocculating capacity of the coal gauge based flocculant polyaluminum ferric silicate are investigated.The result indicates that in the process of ignition under high temperature,the transformation of crystalline structure takes place.The flocculant prepared by adding acid extracting solution into base extracting solution and pressurizing has optimum flocculating capacity.The infra-red spectrum shows that the atoms Si,Al,Fe in the PSAF prepared are polymerized,and the optimization conditions for the flocculant are as follows: n(Si)∶n(Al+Fe)=1∶1,and pH is 3-4.Thus,the COD removal rate is more than 95% when it is applied to the treatment of drilling wastewater from Shengli Oilfield.
