摘 要:采用吸水解吸试验、拉伸试验和剥离试验相结合的方法研究了钢丝缠绕增强塑料复合管用热熔胶(EP252)的耐水性能。结果表明,不同温度(50、55、60℃)下,EP252热熔胶解吸曲线线性阶段的斜率随温度的增加而增加;与25℃下未经任何处理的干EP252热熔胶试样相比,60℃水浴浸泡14d处理后试样的屈服应力基本保持不变,而弹性模量则下降16.7%;对20、40、60℃水浴浸泡14d后的钢丝热熔胶黏结体系进行剥离试验,试样剥离后大部分钢丝表面仍残留一层薄薄的热熔胶,以热熔胶内聚破坏为主,说明钢丝热熔胶黏结体系具有较好的黏结强度。Combined with sorption-desorption test, tensile test and peeling test, the properties of water resistance of EP252 hot melt adhesive (HMA) were investigated. Experimental results indicated that the slope of linear section of desorption curve increased with increasing of temperature(50, 55, 60 ℃). Compared with HMA at 25 ℃, the yield stress of treated HMA at 60 ℃ kept unchangeable and Young's modulus of treated HMA at 60 ℃ significantly decreased by 16. 7 %. Cohesive failure of HMA was the main failure mode in the peeling test of steel-HMA bonding system after water absorption under different temperature, because there still remained a very thin HMA layer on the surfacc of steel wires after peeling test, which demonstrated steel- HMA bonding system had very high cohesive strength.
