摘 要:河湖水系连通已经成为国家江河治理的重大需求,但相关的理论和技术尚处于探索阶段。根据新形势下保障国家水安全和提高生态文明水平的新要求,讨论了河湖水系连通的概念及内涵,分析了河湖水系连通的驱动因素、构成要素和连通方式,并初步构建了河湖水系连通分类体系,为河湖水系连通研究的深入开展提供参考。Establishment of river and lake system interconnection is of great significant to the river management in China, however theory and technology related to the subject are still under exploration. The concept and connotation of river and lake system interconnection are discussed in the paper, taking the national water safety and the level of ecological civilization into full consideration under the new situation. The driving factors, con- stituent elements and interconnected modes of river and lake system interconnection are examined and a primary classification system is built that will be the reference for further studies.
