摘 要:结合卢村水库典型的黏土心墙坝特点,系统论述了其安全评价方法和要点。针对卢村水库黏土心墙坝上下游坝坡抗滑稳定不满足要求、黏土心墙填筑质量差、渗透系数偏大、存在裂缝和白蚁危害、大坝坝基清基与防渗处理不完善等病害,系统论述了提高坝坡抗滑稳定性和大坝防渗性能的加固方案和加固效果。同时,根据水库水利风景区的特点,在加固设计中适当兼顾考虑大坝外观美化和亲水环境等设计理念,从而有效提升了水库大坝的旅游要求,对于我国水资源的充分利用具有借鉴意义。Methods of safety assessment of dam with clay core is made by using Lueun Reservoir as a typical case. Considering the risks and hazards caused by weak anti-sliding stability of dam slopes upstream and down stream, poor quality of filling materials of clay core, big seepage coefficient, crack and damage of termite white ant and problems with clearance of dam foundation and seepage treatment, measures for increasing stability of dam slope and seepage control are discussed systematically. Meanwhile, the concept of beautifying the outlook of dam and environmentally friendly is introduced during the design of reinforcement project, and the recreation function of the dam is considered so as to satisfy the tourists.
