摘 要:目的探讨手测量法则在2型糖尿病患者饮食指导中的作用。方法 138例2型糖尿病患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组69例。两组均进行常规糖尿病饮食指导,观察组在此基础上进行手测量法则的饮食教育。两组培训后在家中进行糖尿病饮食实践6个月,观察患者干预前和干预6个月后的体质指数(BMI)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂的变化;运用自行设计的糖尿病饮食问卷表评价饮食的依从性。结果 6个月后,观察组的BMI、HbA1c、血脂各项水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);饮食依从性好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手测量法则能更好地提高2型糖尿病患者的饮食依从性,帮助患者控制血糖、体重和血脂水平。Objective To examine the effect of palm rule in diet therapy for type 2 diabetes patients. Methods Totally 138 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups by randomized number table. All the patients received routine diabetes dietary education. In addition,the patients in the experimental group received dietary education which following the palm rule. The body mass index,HbAlc,serum lipid and dietary compliance were measured at baseline and six months after the intervention. Results The body mass index,HbAlc and serum lipid after six months were significantly lower(P〈0.05), and the dietary compliance was better in the experimental group than in the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion The palm rule can improve dietary compliance in type 2 diabetes patients,and thereby to promote the control of blood glucose,body weight and serum lipid.
