摘　　要：介绍临床路径护理文本的设计方法、设计内容、信息化建设、实施方法及效果。探索优质护理理念下临床路径的实施和管理方法,促进临床路径的推广和应用。This paper introduces the design methods,contents,computerlization,implementation and effects of the clinical pathway nursing documentation combined with high quality nursing,so as to explore the implementation and management methods of clinical pathway under high quality nursing model ,and to promote the application of clinical pathway in clinical practice and improve the quality of nursing.
