摘 要:为了研究大板式方舱的动力学特性,对方舱的结构设计、改进和轻量化提供了理论依据。采用壳单元与实体单元相结合,并利用ANSYS Workbench DM概念建模方法建立了特种电源车大板方舱的结构模型,同时利用ANSYS Workbench的Modal模块对大板式方舱进行了模态分析。分析结果表明,方舱以弯曲振动为主,振幅较大区域集中于一些侧面没有相邻大板支撑的板面和门窗附近的梁。应加强支撑梁的强度以及在形变量大的部位增加支撑,使方舱的固有频率避开激励频率以免产生共振,或即使产生共振应尽量降低方舱形变量。The dynamics characteristics of a special square cabin were studied in order to offer a theoretical basis to improve the structural design and to create lightweight designs of this square cabin. The paper built the model of the special power vehicle cabin by using ANSYS Workbench DM's Concept tools with the combination of shell and solid elements. Modal analysis was made by using ANSYS Workbench's Modal Module. The results show that the main vibration of the square cabin is bending. The amplitudes of the vibrations are concentrated on the planks without neighboring support planks and on the beams near the windows, doors and hatches. In order to avoid resonance and to reduce distortion, the support beams should be reinforced and the support should be added to the parts with large distortion.
