摘  要:将曼氏无针乌贼幼体置于24 h半致死剂量(24 h LC_(50)=10mg/L)的硫化物溶液中,检测不同时间点曼氏无针乌贼幼体血液生理生化指标的变化。结果表明,随着处理时间的延长,血细胞数量逐步下降(p<0.05);血糖(p>0.05)和总蛋白(p<0.05)的含量先降后升;总胆固醇(p>0.05)、甘油三酯浓度(P>0.05)和谷草转氨酶活力(P<0.05)的变化趋势相同,均为先升后降;谷丙转氨酶活力呈"降升降"的变化趋势(p<0.05);而谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活力变化的比值却呈现"升降升"的变化趋势(p<0.05)。其中血细胞数量降低可能是因为受到了硫化物胁迫及饥饿的双重压力,增加的血糖主要由血脂转化而来。而硫化物胁迫下血液中多项生理生化指标改变,其主要原因是肝细胞受损和免疫力下降,这也是最终造成乌贼幼体大量死亡的重要原因。Abstract: In this study, we have done investigative testing and anal- ysis of the acute toxity impacts of sulfide on the blood of juvenile Sepiellu maindroni from the physiological and biochemical points of view. In proceeding with our research, the juvenile SepieUa maindroni were let to be exposed to 10 mg/L (24 h LC50) of sodium sul- fide in a glass tank (60 cm ×60 cm×70 cm), and the blood immune parameters-the total haemocyte count (THC), glucose (GLU), cholesterol ( CH), triglyeeride (TG), the total protein (T - MP) concentrations, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate amino-traseferase (AST) activities, the AST/ALT ratios for 0, 6, 12 and 24 hours respectively. Throughout the experimental period, the water salinity, temperature, pH and DO were respectively kept at 23.0, (27±1)℃, 7.5±1, 6.0-6.5 mg/L. The results of our experiments show that the THC was found in decrease with the elongation of the treatment time (p 〈 0.05). During the time lengths of the 24 h, 12 h and 6 h, the percentages of THC were found to get to 32%, 61% and 84% respectively of the eontrol(O h); while GLU (p 〉 0.05) and T- MP (p 〈 0.05) concentration were found first falhng at the point of the 6 h and then rising from the 12 h. As to the GLU, its concentrations at the 24 h, 12 h and 6 h were 100%, 96% and 88% respectively of control. As to the concentrations of CH (p 〉 0.05) and TG (p 〉 0.05) and the activities of AST (p 〈 0.05), they were found also rising first and then falling roughly, running against that of GLU. Whereas the CH concentrations (TG concentra- tion, and AST activity) at the 24 h, 12 h and 6 h were 100% (88%, 100%), 129% (125%, 181%) and 106% (125%, 181% ) respectively of control, the ALT activity was first falling at the 6 h then rising at the 12 h and falls again in the end (p 〈0.05). It is also shown that the AST/ALT ratio was first rising at the 6 h then falling at the 12 h and rising again at the end �
