摘  要:研究了土壤和辣椒中吡唑醚菌酯的高效液相色谱检测方法,并在天津、山东济南和浙江杭州进行土壤和辣椒中吡唑醚菌酯残留状况和消解动态规律研究的田间试验。结果表明,在0.05~1 mg./kg的添加水平下,辣椒中吡唑醚菌酯的平均添加回收率为84.59%~92.08%,变异系数为2.44%~6.81%;在0.03~1 mg/kg的添加水平下,土壤中吡唑醚菌酯的平均添加回收率为82.75%~89.74%,变异系数为5.03%~6.25%;辣椒和土壤中吡唑醚菌酯的最小检出量均为1.3×10^(-10)g,其中辣椒中吡唑醚菌酯的最低检出质量比为0.005mg/kg,土壤中为0.003 mg/kg。田间残留试验表明,吡唑醚菌酯在土壤和辣椒中的残留消解动态规律符合一级动力学反应模型,在土壤和辣椒中的残留消解半衰期分别为4.5~5.4 d和2.9~4.7 d。按推荐剂量和1.5倍推荐剂量在辣椒上各喷施18.7%烯酰吗啉·吡唑醚菌酯水分散粒剂3~4次,2次施药间隔为10 d,距最后1次施药5 d时,吡唑醚菌酯在辣椒中的最高残留量为0.28 mg/kg,低于国际食品法典委员会(CAC)规定的辣椒中吡唑醚菌酯的最大残留限量标准(0.5mg/kg)。The HPLC method was investigated to understand the re- tention and dissipation dynamics of pyraclostrobin containing in pep- pers and soils in the field experiments of Jinan, Tianjin and Hangzhou. The results showed that the recovery-rates and the relative standard deviations of pyraclostrobin in peppers were 84.59% - 92.08 % and 2.44 % - 6.81%, respectively, at the spiking levels of 0.05 - 1 mg/kg pyraelostrobin. The recovery rates and relative stan- dard deviations reached 82.75 % - 89.74 % and 5.03 % - 6.25 % respectively for soils when the concentrations of pyraclostrobin were 0.05 - l mg/kg. The detection limit of pyraclostrobin in peppers and soils was 1.3 x 10-1~ g while the minimum detectable concentration of pyraclostrobin was 0.005 mg/kg for peppers and 0.003 mg/kg for soils. The field experiments indicated that, when 5.61 g/20 m2 pyra- clostrobin was sprayed for 1 time, the original residue of pyra- clostrobin in peppers and soils in Tianjin was 1.57 mg/kg and 4.69 mg/kg, respectively. Meanwhile, the readings were 3.49 mg/kg and 2.95 mg/kg, respectively in Jinan area as well as 2.91 mg/kg and 3.95 mg/kg, respectively in Hangzhou area. The pyraclostrobin degradation ratio has reached 94.96 % , 99.43 % and 98.83 % , re- spectively for peppers in Tianjin, Jinan and Hangzhou 21 d later after application. For the same duration after pyraclostrobin application, the degradation ratio was 92.19%, 95.75% and 97.47%, respec- tively for soil samples in Tianjin, Jinan and Hangzhou. Moreover, the residual dissipation dynamics of pyraclostrobin in peppers and soils could be described by the first order kinetic reaction model. The residual half-life of pyraclostrobin in the peppers and the softs was 2.9 - 4.7 d and 4.5 - 5.4 d, respectively. When 1 - and 1.5 - folds recommended dose of 18.7 % dimethomorph and pyraclostrobin water dispersible granules were sprayed on peppers for 3 -4 times at inter- val of 10 d, the maximum residual value of pyraclostrobin in peppers in the next day after spraying was found lower than
