摘 要:为揭示芳砜纶复合滤料在高温条件下的热尺寸稳定性,对不同基布、不同复合材料对芳砜滤料热收缩率的影响进行试验研究。结果表明:芳砜纶滤料在250℃高温下具有优异的热尺寸稳定性,优于芳纶1313、聚四氟乙烯、聚苯硫醚、聚酰亚胺等高温滤料;增加芳纶1313、聚四氟乙烯基布层之后,滤料的热收缩率有所提高,在经向上表现更为明显,聚四氟乙烯基布滤料的热缩率要高于芳纶1313基布滤料;分别混合50%的芳纶1313和聚酰亚胺纤维之后,芳砜纶复合滤料的热收缩率进一步增大,在纬向上表现更为明显,聚四氟乙烯基布聚酰亚胺复合滤料的热收缩率高于芳纶1313基布芳纶1313复合滤料。这说明构造材料对芳砜纶复合滤料的热尺寸稳定性有重要影响,选用时既要考虑提升耐化学、力学、过滤性能,也要重视对热尺寸稳定性能的影响。The paper deals with our study of the thermal dimensional stability of PSA composite filter material at high temperatures and the effect of different-base fabrics and the composite materials on the heat shrinkage through experimental testing. Research results show that: PSA felt has excellent thermal dimensional stability. After mixing with PMIA or PI fiber and adding PMIA or PTFE as base fabrics, great improvement has been found with the mechanics, chemical resis- tance, filter performance of the media, but the stability of the thermal dimension declines. The heat shrinkage of PSA felt in warp and weft are both less than 0.5 % after being treated in 250℃ for 200 hours, which is obviously better than PMIA, PTFE, PPS and PI &PPS composite felt. The thermal dimensional stability of PMIA felt also becomes better than PTFE and PPS felt. The heat slinkage can be im-proved after adding PMIA or PTFE base fabrics, which becomes more obvious in warp direction. The heat shrinkage of PSA/PTFE in warp and weft are 2.2% and 0.9% respectively; while those of PSA/ PMIA are just 0.4% and 0.1% , respectively. The heat shrinkage of PSA&PI/PTFE composite felt in warp and weft are reduced 6.8% and 6.3% respectively, which is still higher than PSA/PTFE felt. The heat shrinkage of PSA&PMIA/PMIA composite felt in warp and weft are 1.0 % and 2.5 % respectively, which are higher than PSA/ PMIA felt. This is due to the heat resistance of PI and the poor quality of PMIA fiber( which is worse than PSA fiber). In addition, the constituents of PI and PMIA also contribute to the reduction of the thermal dimensional stability of PSA. Last of all, PSA&PMIA/PMIA turns out to be shrunk obviously. This seems the combined action of base fabrics and the composite and indicates that the structural mate- rial is an important factor to the thermal dimensional stability of the PSA composite felt.
