摘  要:提出了矿井通风智能诊断专家系统来解决通风系统故障诊断问题,设计了矿井通风智能诊断专家系统知识库和推理机,提出用逐步线性回归分析法确定可能引起某巷道风速超限的风路集合。在知识库中把通风系统故障原因详细归类,在专家系统推理机中进一步缩小了故障范围并推断故障原因。给出了矿井通风智能诊断专家系统推理流程并设计了用户接口,故障诊断结果图可以直接显示故障巷道范围、故障原因及故障巷道列表。最后对大明矿进行了工业试验,智能诊断专家系统的故障诊断结果与实际结果一致,验证了系统的可行性。The present paper is inclined to introduce a renovated networK-based intelligent diagnosis mining-ventilation expertise so as to improve the rate of forecasting the unexpected mining accidents. As is known, it has been a highly complicated and controversial problem to prevent from or avoid the incidence of mining accidents because of too complicated underground situation, for example, the changing data of the air volume, the likely faults of the underground roadways, the fault of the ventilators in the mine, and/or the fault of the ventilation safety monitoring system, the fault source at one point or another, so on and so forth, to list a few, to which we may attribute to the failure of successful control of the whole or a branch of ventilation system. It is just coming from the urgent need that pushed us to work out the given renovated network based on the intelligent diagnosis system. The proposed mining ventilation intelligent diagnosis expertise system is to forecast and solve the fault diagnosis problem of the mining ven-tilation based on the knowledge base and the inference machine of mine ventilation fault diagnosis. According to the suggested system, the collection of air-pathway that may cause the wind speed of one way overrun can be diagnosed and identified through stepwise linear regression analysis. The reason for this is that the mining ventilation system can be divided into 8 categories in the knowledge base. When the fault pathway range is further reduced, the fault pathways can be finally identified by means of testing the sensitivity of the system, and the cause to result in the fault can be inferred rom the inference device of the expertise system. Given the reasoning process of the mine ventilation intelhgent diagnosis expertise and the user' s interface design, it would be possible to make a fault diagnosis map showing the scope of fault roadway, fault cause and the fault path-way list. Final- ty, industrial testing can also be done in a damping mine, in accordance with the given
