摘  要:安全是煤矿作业中最重要的一环,而煤矿中瓦斯浓度是衡量安全的重要指标,所以精确检测瓦斯浓度是保障安全的最关键点;为精确检测煤矿井下瓦斯浓度,提出了一种测量瓦斯浓度的新方法,并且在论述激光传感器的构成和工作原理的基础上对硬件电路和软件进行了设计,实现了激光检测,更进一步增强了安全性,提高了效率;实验表明,该传感器的重复性和线性响应两个测试指标误差都非常小,达到了一定的技术指标;系统的推广具有极其重要的现实意义。The security is the most important part of the coal mining operations and gas concentration is a importance measurement of safety indicators, so accurate detection of gas eoneentration is the most critical point of safety. For the detection of coal mine gas concentration, this paper presents a new method for measuring gas concentration, and furthermore, based on the constitution and principles of laser gas sensor the hardware circuits and software has been designed to enhance security , and improve efficiency. The experiment indicates that repeatability and linear response of the sensor designed are within tolerance. So pushing the application of this sensor has very important practical meanings.
