摘 要:针对光纤磁场传感器中相位解调的技术难题,研究基于闭环反馈的解调方法用于提高传感器的测量灵敏度和精度;在传感臂施加高频调制磁场,在参考臂施加低频相位调制信号;从理论上,推导出传感器的输出信号及各次谐波分量的幅值特性,选取相位调制信号的2倍频分量作为误差信号,经比例和积分运算后反馈到参考臂;借助Matlab/Simulink对闭环反馈控制方法进行仿真研究;仿真结果表明,闭环反馈控制方法比当前广泛采用的相位载波方法精度更高、抗噪声能力更强。Aiming at the key technology of fiber--optic magnetometer, the method of phase demodulation of fiber--optic magnetometer was studied adopting the method of alternating current close--loop feedback controlling. Firstly, the sensor arm is placed in a high frequency modulation magnetic field and a low frequency phase modulation signal is added on the reference arm. Secondly, the output signal is deduced in theory under the condition and the twice frequency component of the low frequency modulation signal in the reference arm is selected as the close--loop feedback signal which can help the magnetometer improve the stability and accuracy. Lastly, the demodulation method is researched with Matlab/Simulink toolkit. The results showed that the method of close--loop feedback had the better capability in anti--noise and accuracy than the method of Phase Generated carrier (PGC).
