摘 要:本文研究影响组合式基层结构性能的因素。选择适于长寿命路面的设计指标,考察各层厚度及模量参数对设计指标的影响显著程度。采用正交试验法设计试验,运用BISAR软件计算不同参数组合下的路面力学特性,并在此基础上进行结构参数优化。优化后的结构在标准轴载下沥青层底应变为68.9με,半刚性层底应力为0.13MPa,计算弯沉为8.65(0.01mm),各项设计指标均能满足长寿命路面的要求。本文研究可为组合式基层长寿命路面结构优化提供依据。Factors affecting the mechanic performances of composite base were studied in this paper. Some appropriate indexes in long-life pavement design were analyzed, and the sensitivity to the parameters affected by thickness and modulus was studied. An orthogonal experiment was designed to calculate the mechanic performances of the variation parameter combinations with BISAR software. Furthermore, the parameters were optimized. Under standard loads, the strain of the asphalt treated base (ATB) in the optimized structure was 68.9με, the stress on the subbase was O. 13MPa, and the deflection was 8.65 (O. Olmm), which were qualified for long-life pavement optimization of the structural parameters of design. The study could provide a base for the perpetual asphalt pavement with composite base.
