摘  要:跑道方向确定是机场规划设计的关键工作之一,确定跑道方向的主要依据是风保障率。针对当前在确定跑道方向过程中,风保障率计算方法精度不高、过程繁杂、结果单一的状况,通过分析风向与跑道方向之间的关系,建立了各个风向改算侧风的方法。依据全年风统计表,按照规定的最大侧风要求,计算了某机场地区8个跑道方向的超限侧风频率,拟合了超限侧风频率与跑道方向之间的关系曲线,得出了跑道最优方向和满足风保障率要求的跑道方向范围,提出了基于侧风的跑道方向确定方法,为跑道方向的确定提供了一种新的思路与方法。Determination of a runway orientation is a critical task in planning and designing an airport,and the runway orientation is made according to the wind coverage.But there are many shortcomings in current method of wind coverage calculation,such as its poor precision,process complexity and result monotony when using the method to determine a runway orientation.Aiming at the situation,through analyzing the relation between the wind direction and runway orientation,a method was built to calculate the cross wind for runway according to any directional wind.According to the annual wind statistic data and the ruled maximum cross wind,the frequencies exceeded the cross wind limit in eight runway orientations were calculated.According to the result,a relation curve between the frequency and the runway orientation was fitted.The optimum and all possible orientation runways were get by the max cross wind requirement.At last,a method for determining a runway orientation based on the cross wind frequency was put forward,and the method was a new thought for planning and designing an airport.
