摘  要:本文研究了在四川凉山地区栽培金荞麦,生长期为210天左右,株高1.6~2m,分枝9~12个。第一至第四年金荞麦地上部分茎叶平均单株生物产量为387.4~416.6g,地下块茎干物质的累积主要集中于生长发育的第二年,单株平均产量为124.4g。金荞麦生长的苗期、现蕾期、开花期、花果期和种子成熟期地下块茎、地上茎和叶中双聚原矢车菊甙元含量表现为低—高—低的变化趋势。综合分析,每年金荞麦的最佳采收时期是种子成熟以后霜冻前,此时地上部分和地下部分干物质积累最多,且有效成分含量较高。This article is a study on the growth of golden buckwheat in Liangshan prefecture of Sichuan province.Golden buckwheat in this area has a growth period of about 210 days long,with the stub 1.6 meters to 2 meters high,and 9 to 12 branches.The single plant yield above the earth is 387.4g to 416.6g during the first to forth year and its tuber beneath the ground is formed mainly in the second year with a yield of 124.4g per plant.The double-oligoprocyanidins centaury diosgenin content presented a low-high-low changing trend in the seeding stage,squaring stage,blooming stage,flowering and fruiting period and mature period during the growth of the golden buckwheat.Anglicizing by synthesis,the best harvest time of golden buckwheat is the period between the seeds maturation and the first frost,because during this time,the golden buckwheat is with the largest accumulation of dry matter and active constituent.
