摘　　要：采用叶仁敏修订的"成就动机量表"(AMS),调查西昌学院彝族学生成就动机影响因素,以了解本学院彝族大学生成就动机影响因素。调查结果显示:性别、年级因素显著影响着彝族大学生的成就动机。The author surveyed affecting factors of achievement motivation in Yi nationality undergraduates which educated in Xichang College by ＂achievement motivation scale＂（AMS）.The results showed that the Yi nationality undergraduates＇ gender and grade could significantly affect their achievement motivation.
