HPLC法测定血必净注射液中丹参素含量

摘　　要：目的建立血必净注射液中丹参素含量的HPLC测定方法，以此作为血必净注射液质量控制方法。方法采用Agilent1100高效液相色谱仪、Agilent1100-DAD检测器、Agilent1100色谱工作站数据处理系统等测定血必净注射液中丹参素的含量。结果丹参素进样量在0．03856～0．38560肛g，线性关系良好（r=0．99998），精密度RSD为0．81％（n=5），重复性RSD为1．25％（n=5），加样平均回收率为98．95％，RSD为1．60％（n=9）。结论本方法操作简便，结果准确、可靠，可用于血必净注射液中丹参素的含量测定。Objective To establish an assay method using high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC） for Danshensu from the injection of Xuebijing,this can be used as a quality control of the injection. Methods Agilent 1100 HPLC,Agilent 1100-DAD,and Agilent 1100 data processing system were used to detect the content of Danshensu in the injection of Xuebijing. Results The linear range for Danshensu is 0. 038 56-0. 385 60 μg. Precise RSD was 0.81%（n=5） ,and repeat RSD was 1.25 % （n=5）. The mean recovery rate was 98. 950% ,RSD was 1.60 %（n= 9）. Conclusion This assay is convenient,accurate,and reliable,which can be used as a method to detect the content of Danshensu in the injection of Xuebijing.
