从公共新闻到公民新闻——互联网语境下公共新闻事业的新发展

摘　　要：从20世纪80年代末到本世纪初,随互联网的普及遂使新闻传播发生了质的变化。对新出现的公民新闻的性质及其社会利害,学界虽尚无定论,但其无疑是"公共新闻事业"理念的延伸。对这一新的公共新闻形式的发展状况及基本理念进行梳理和分析,进而探索公民新闻与公共新闻之间的联系,为今后新媒体时代公共新闻与公民事业的发展架构桥梁。From the late 1980s to the beginning of this century, with the popularity of the mternet journalism and commumcation have undergone a dramatic change. Although there is no conclusive agreement on the nature, advantages and disadvantages of the emeging eitizen journalism, no doubt it is the extension of the concept of ＂public journalism＂ . This article sorts through and analyzes the basic concepts of this new development of public journalism, and explores the link between publie information and citizen journalism in the hope of paving the way for the study of public journalism and citizen journalism within the context of interact media.
