摘 要:针对海上气井连续油管氮气气举诱喷技术费用高且开发后期井筒排液作业量大等问题,以气举工艺技术为基础,充分利用海上平台生产条件,由已投产的高压气井提供气源,在生产管柱上增设三级气举阀进行气举诱喷,形成了海上气井诱喷排液一体化技术。该项技术配套设备少、工艺简单、成本低,而且兼顾开发后期井筒积液时可实施气举排液采气,目前已在我国海上A气田成功应用,获得了较好的经济效益。In order to overcome the high-cost of coiled tubing nitrogen gas lift technology and difficulty operation of wellbore liquid unloading in late stage of development, additional third-level gas lift valve is installed in the production string to develop the gas lift induced flow and clean-up integrated technology on the basis of gas lift technology and gas source provided by high-pressure gas wells on offshore platform. The gas lift induced flow and clean-up integrated technology not only has advantages of little supporting equipments, simple process and low-cost, but also maintains gas lift operability of liquid unloading in gas production tail. Currently this technology has been applied successfully in offshore gas field A in China and the good economy benefit has been obtained.
