摘  要:以聚有机硅氧烷为改性剂,采用预聚、扩链改性及中和乳化技术制备了高性能环保型水性聚氨酯真皮涂饰剂。研究了改性聚氨酯涂层的表面化学组成、表面疏水性以及表面干/湿擦牢度等性能。实验结果表明,所制备的乳液能稳定存在1年以上,由于聚有机硅氧烷的引入以及成膜过程中原位交联的实现,制得的聚氨酯涂层具有疏水性好、干/湿擦牢度高的特点。Environmental friendly leather finishing agent based on polyurethane has attracted great attention in recent years. In this paper we reported the synthesis of polyurethane latex through pre-polymerization, chain extension, neutralization and emulsification using organic siloxane polymer as the modifier. The surface composition, surface hydrophilicity, and mechanical properties were investigated. The results indicated that the resultant latex could be stored up to one year. Furthermore, clue to the introduction of organic siloxane blocks and the in situ crosslinking during the film formation, the coating was hydrophobic and showed excellent crocking fastness.
