摘　　要：弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)是以全身凝血系统的激活、纤溶系统的紊乱、纤维蛋白沉积及多器官内微血栓形成、继发性纤溶亢进为主的病理变化,是许多疾病的中间环节,病死率率高,预后差。长期以来人们对DIC的基础和临床进行了大量的研究。本文就近年来国内外有关DIC的发病机制、与多器官功能衰竭和前DIC的关系及诊断治疗等方面进展进行总结论述。Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation （DIC） consists of a series of pathological changes as systemic activation of coagulation system, fibrinolytic system disorders, fibrin deposition, micro-thrombosis in multiple organs, secondary hyperfibrinolysis. It is a progressive course in several diseases, resulting in high mortality and poor prognosis. There have been a lot of the basic and clinical studies on DIC for a long time. In this review, we try to summarize the domestic and foreign research progresses in the pathogenesis of DIC, its relationships with MODS and pro-DIC, diagnosis and treatment, etc.
