摘  要:目的:研究了HPLC测定五味子提取物中de-hydroxy arisanlactone D,25-hydroxy schindilactone,schindilachone A,lancifodilactone D的含量的方法。方法:Waters Symmetry色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(33∶67),柱温37℃,流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长246 nm。结果:De-hydroxy arisanlactone D,25-hydroxy schindilactone,schindilachone A和lan-cifodilactone D的线性范围和(μg)加样回收率分别为0.075~1.800(98.57%),0.098~0.980(96.44%),0.095~0.950(97.96%),0.053~0.530(97.27%)。结论:该方法分离良好、精密准确、能用于五味子提取物中4种类三萜内酯类物质的定量分析。Objective: To determine 4 nortriterpenoids(de-hydroxy arisanlactone D,25-hydroxy schindilactone,schindilachone A,lancifodilactone D) in Schisandra chinensis extract by HPLC.Method: The analysis was performed on a waters symmetry column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(33∶67) at a flow rate of 1ml· min-1.The column temperature was set at 37℃,and the detector wavelength was 264 nm.Result: The linear ranges of de-hydroxy arisanlactone D,25-hydroxy schindilactone,schindilachone A,and lancifodilactone D are 0.075-1.800,0.098-0.980;0.095-0.950,and 0.053-0.530 μg,respectively,and the average recoveries were 98.57%,96.44%,97.96%,and 97.27%,respectively.Conclusion: The four nortriterpenoids were well separated by this method,and it could be used to determine the four nortriterpenoids in Schisandra chinensis extract.
