摘 要:近年来,对人群行为的监控是公共管理和反恐安全领域的热点研究问题之一。介绍了一种基于位置信息的新型人群监控系统,并针对人群中个体的异质性以及不同状况下群体行为特征的差异性,改进了粒子模型;再基于改进粒子模型,分别在正常和恐慌状态下对监控系统的行为监测、自动报警、智能引导等效能进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:这种新型的人群监控系统具有良好的应用前景,为安全监测、人群疏导、辅助决策等智能监控服务提供了新的研究思路和方法。In recent years,crowd behavior monitoring is a hot research field of public administration and counter-terrorism.A new kind of crowd monitoring system was proposed based on location information,and the particle model based on heterogeneity of individuals and different characteristics of crowd behavior under different conditions were improved.At the basis of improved particle model,the functions of the system in normal and emergency situations were simulated,such as crowd behavior monitoring,automatic alarming and intelligent guiding.The simulation results indicate that these systems have a good prospect of using,and provide a new research idea and method in safety monitoring,crowd guiding,decision making and other intelligent monitoring services.
