摘 要:以数字图像处理为基础,实现对流化床中气泡的成长、聚合和分裂行为的分析。利用高速摄像机拍摄气固两相流的气泡运动图像,从中选取气泡上升、聚合和分裂三种典型图像序列。经过图像处理后,分别对其进行气泡识别和参数的获取。然后根据获取的数据,首先分析了气泡上升过程中面积、形心、等效直径等参数的变化趋势和变化规律,接着对聚合中的聚合面积、速度以及分裂中的形状变化进行了研究,进而实现了对流化床气泡的运动过程的全面分析,分裂过程中选用的横纵比参数能很好地表征气泡运动状态。The bubble growth,aggregation and fragmentation behavior were analyzed based on digital image processing.Bubbles images of gas-solid phase flow of were obtained by high-speed camera images,and then,the typical image sequences of bubble rise,the aggregation and the fragmentation were selected.After image processing,parameters for the bubble were obtained to benefit the analysis of the trends and variation of area,centroid,and equivalent diameter in bubble rise,and the studies on aggregation area,speed and the splitting shape variation,as well as the movement of bubbles in gas-solid fluidized bed.The results show that the aspect ratio parameter of bubble chosen in splitting process can well characterize the bubble motion.
