摘  要:为了探寻影响浸堆渗透性的重要因素,对羊拉铜矿堆浸进行了一系列实验研究。采用变水头渗透实验的方法,系统研究了不同矿石粒度及不同压实度条件下矿样渗透系数的变化规律。通过硫酸浸出实验证实了堆场矿样不同粒径组合时渗透系数随浸出时间增加呈减小趋势。实验结果表明,水洗入堆矿的级配特征优于原矿,其渗透系数也大幅度提高。随着压实度的增加,样品的渗透系数急剧降低。化学堵塞对浸堆渗透性影响较大,必须采用添加化学剂来降低化学堵塞的可能性。Several experimental researches were carried out in order to find important factors influencing permeability coefficient of a heap site.Variable head permeability test was conducted to study the variation in permeability coefficient of samples with different ore size and compaction degree.A sulfate leaching test indicated that permeability coefficient of samples with different particle size decreased with an increase in leaching time.Test results showed washed ore is better than the raw ore in terms of grading features and its permeability coefficient was enhanced substantially,but was rapidly reduced with an increase in compaction degree.Considering the greater impact of chemical blockage on heap permeability,chemical agents must be added to reduce such impact.
