摘　　要：基于分布式光纤光栅传感器网络和Modbus RTU通讯协议,实现了石油井架应力多点测量与数据自动采集、记录和分析。通过OLE技术和MatrixVB组件,VB与Matlab、Access的无缝连接,现场数据经算术平均滤波后写入到Access后台数据库中。Matlab计算模块根据测试点应力值计算出的井架承载能力及绘制杆件和井架载荷分布图,形成了一套适用于石油井架承载能力安全检测技术和评估系统。Basing on distributed fiber bragg grating sensor network and Modbus RTU communication protocol,the multipoint measurement and data acquisition and self-record and analysis of oil derrick strain were implemented.By means of the techniques of OLE and MatrixVB component,the seamless integration among VB,Matlab and Access were realized,and the site data treated with Arithmetic Average Filtering were saved in the Access background database.According to the field stress on the different measuring position of oil derrick,the carrying capacity and load distribution diagram of oil derrick were calculated by Matlab calculating program,and safety investigation technology and evaluation system were implemented.
