消防战士心理健康与社会支持、应对方式的关联性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨遵义市两城区消防基层战士的心理健康状况、社会支持和应对方式的关系,为消防官兵的心理健康教育提供参考。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)和领悟社会支持量表(PSSS),对遵义市两城区在岗消防基层战士进行整群抽样问卷调查。结果消防基层战士SCL-90中阳性检出率(因子分>2)前五位分别是强迫症状(31.7%)、人际关系敏感(25.8%)、敌对(21.7%)、抑郁(19.2%)、偏执因子(15.0%);强迫症状与家庭内支持呈负相关,与家庭外支持和社会总支持呈负相关,与消极应对方式呈正相关;人际关系敏感、敌对、抑郁、偏执均与家庭内支持呈负相关,与家庭外支持和社会总支持呈负相关。结论遵义市消防基层战士的心理健康状况存在一定问题,应重视其心理健康。Objective To search for the correlation which the firefighters＇ psychology health state, social support and coping whir them style in Zunyi in order to provide psychology health education for firefighters. Methods The firefighters＂ psychology health state, coping style and social support was investigated by Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire （SCSQ） and Perceived Social Support Scale （PSSS）. Then further analysis of the correlation was made. Results In SCL-90, the top five factors of positive rate （factor score）2） were obsessive compulsive factor （31.7%）, interpersonal sensitivity factor （25. 8%）, hostility factor （21. 7%）, depression factor （19.2% ）, paranoid ideation factor （ 15. 0 % ）. Obsessive-compulsive factor was negatively correlated with family support, out family support and total social support, positively correlated with passive coping style. Interpersonal sensitivity factor, hostility factor, depression factor, paranoid ideation factor were negatively correlated with family support, out family support and total social support. Conclusion The psychology health state of the firefighters is poor and should be pay attention to the firefight ers＇ psychology health.
