摘　　要：针对雷达基站的一些特殊环境限制及信息安全性的要求,提出一种基于公共电话网(PSTN)的远程故障诊断专家系统。将故障诊断技术与专家系统相结合,通过调制解调器(modem)拨号建立外场维修与基地维修之间的连接,实现快速、有效的故障诊断。公共电话网进行信息传输,满足了军用设备对信息安全性的要求。该系统已经成功应用于某军用雷达板级诊断专家系统,并取得很好的效果。In view of the demand of the information security and the special environment restrictions of radar base,a remote fault diagnosis expert system based on the public switched telephone network（PSTN） is proposed.This system combines fault diagnosis technique and expert system to achieve a quick and effective fault diagnosis via creating a dial-up connection between on-site maintenance and outfield maintenance.This system meets the requirement of information security of military equipment via transmitting the information by the PSTN,and it has been applied well to a military radar board fault diagnosis expert system.
