摘 要:目的观察复方苦豆子的抗氧化和保护肝脏作用。方法给鹌鹑喂养7周高脂饲料复制高脂血症模型,模型成功后,随机分成6组:正常对照组(喂基础饲料+蒸馏水);高脂模型组(喂高脂饲料+蒸馏水);阳性对照组(喂高脂饲料+血脂康0.4g/kg);高剂量组(喂高脂饲料+复方苦豆子24.4g/kg);中剂量组(喂高脂饲料+复方苦豆子12.2g/kg);低剂量组(喂高脂饲料+复方苦豆子6.1g/kg)。7周后监测血清中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及肝匀浆中的SOD、MDA和胆固醇、甘油三酯指标变化,进行肝脏形态学观察。结果复方苦豆子可降低肝匀浆和血清中的MDA,升高肝匀浆和血清中的SOD,且达到血脂康作用水平,抑制脂肪肝形成。结论复方苦豆子具有一定的抗氧化作用和肝脏保护作用。Objective To investigate the effects of compound koudouzi on the anti-oxidative ability and proutecting role for liver in hyperlipidemia cotumix. Methods The cotumix hyperlipidemia model was established by feeding with high-fat diet in 7 weeks. After the model copied successfully, the group randomized into 6 groups: normal group, control group, group[Xuezhikang 0.4 g/(kg, d)], high-dosage group [Kudouzi 24.4 g/(kg, d)], middle-dosage group [Kudouzi 12.2 g/(kg-d)], low-dosage group[Kudouzi 6. I g/(kg, d). After 7 weeks, serum superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA)and hepatic TC, TG, SOD, MDA were measured, and liver morphology were observed. Results The level of serum MDA and hepatic MDA, TC, TG in positive group, high-dosage group, middle-dosage group, low-dosage group were obviously lower (P〈0.001, P〈0.01, P〈0.01, P〈0.05), and the level of serum and hepatic SOD was higher than those in control group(P〈0.01, P〈0.05). In addition, it alleviated the degeneration of hepatic fatty. Conclusion Compound Kudouzi has the effect on anti-oxidative ability and proteeting role for liver.
