摘　　要：通过查阅近年来国内外组织工程化皮肤相关的研究,综述组织工程化皮肤研究领域中的现状与进展。广泛查阅国内外有关组织工程化皮肤研究的文献,着重阐述表皮替代物、真皮替代物及表皮真皮复合皮片的研究现状和进展。组织工程是再生医学研究的热点,组织工程化皮肤是组织工程迄今为止最成功的产品之一,现已广泛应用于临床。这篇文章从表皮替代物、真皮替代物及含有表皮和真皮复合皮片结构的皮肤替代物等方面对该领域的最新研究现状和进展进行综述,并探讨了组织工程化皮肤的应用情况,分析了组织工程化皮肤目前存在的问题及未来的发展方向。组织工程化皮肤及其在患者身上的应用已经成为现实,随着组织工程技术的快速发展,我们可以获得与正常皮肤功能特征相似的理想的组织工程化皮肤。This review aims to present the current progress and advances in tissue-engineered skin on the ba- sis of the relevant literatures. Articles about tissue-engineered skin were extensively reviewed, especially those focusing on epidermal substitutes, dermal substitutes and dermal-epidermal composite skin graft. Tissue engineering is becoming the hot topic of regenerative medicine, and tissue-engineered skin is considered to be one of the greatest prod- ucts in this field, which is now extensively applied in clinical practice. This paper reviews the current progress and ad- vances from the aspects of epidermal substitutes, dermal substitutes and dermal-epidermal composite skin graft. The existing problems and future prospect regarding tissue-engineered skin were also presented.
