摘　　要：产业集群合作创新是促进产业集群技术进步、提升产业集群竞争力的关键,但在产业集群合作创新中也会存在一些问题,因此如何对产业集群合作创新行为进行规制尤为重要。本文在对产业集群合作创新的意义进行分析的基础上,运用博弈论的知识分析了影响产业集群中企业合作创新愿望的因素,并提出了政府有形规制、社会文化无形规制和行业协会第三方规制的产业集群合作创新规制思路。Industrial clusters cooperative innovation is very important to Promote technological progress and improve the competitiveness of industrial clusters.But there are some questions in the process of industrial clusters cooperative innovation.How to regulate this deed is urgent.This article analysis the factors of Desire for cooperation using Game Theory according to the significance of industrial clusters cooperative innovation,then put forward ideas of the tangible government regulation,the intangible cultural regulation and the association third-party regulation.
