摘　　要：在处置各种突发事件的过程中,航空应急救援具有快速、高效、受地理空间限制较少等优势,是许多发达国家普遍采用的最有效的应急救援手段,也是中国亟待提升的最佳应急救援力量。未来5年低空开放,进一步增强航空救援的硬实力要提到各级政府的议事日程上。Having the advantages of speed,efficiency and fewer restrictions of geographic space in disposing of various emergency processes,aviation emergency rescue is the most effective emergency rescue means and widely used in many developed countries,and it is the best emergency rescue force to be promoted in China.In the next five years,further strengthening of the hard power of low-flying open air reinforcements should be on the agenda of governments at all levels.
