摘　　要：通过引入法经济学里的信号传递—合作模型,对当前非自愿性饮酒行为的发生作出理论上的解释,认为非自愿饮酒行为可以理解为一种信号行为,这种信号行为能够传播人与人之间的合作信息,为潜在的合作者提供了一种甄别机制。Having introduced the signal transmission-cooperation model in law and economics and interpreted theoretically the happenings of current non-voluntary drinking behavior,this paper regards that the non-voluntary drinking behavior could be understood as a signal which may send out the cooperation information among people,providing a screening mechanism for the potential partners.
