摘　　要：随着医学模式的转变,病人报告结局(Patient Reported Outcomes;PROs,从患者角度为临床治疗和实践提供了重要参考,成为评价临床疗效的独特指标之一,也是患者积极参与疾病治疗、遴选优势治疗方案的重要手段,它有积极的临床应用意义,其内涵则是"以病人为中心"行医理念的集中体现。With the transformation of medical model,patient reported outcomes （PROs） provides an important reference for clinical treatment and practice from the perspective of the patients.It is one of the unique indexes of evaluating clinical treatment effect,and it is also an important means of letting patients be involved in disease treatments and selecting advantageous treatments.It is of positive significance in clinical application. Its connotation embodies the ＂patient-centered＂ idea in medical practice.
