摘　　要：医院后勤物资零库存管理可以免去仓库存货的一系列问题,比如仓库建设、管理、存货保管、搬运、装卸等。有利于降低在仓库存货方面出现的费用,也可以避免出现仓库存货物资老化的问题。在一定程度上加速了资金的周转速度,避免了大量物资闲置和积压。The warehouse inventory management in hospital＇s logistics service can free of a range of problems of the stock,. such as warehouse construction, management, inventory storage, handling, loading and unloading. Inventory management is not only beneficial to reduce inventory costs in the warehouse areas , but also avoid the problem of an aging warehouse stock of materials, resulting in the acceleration of the capital turnover rate to a certain extent and elimination of a large amount of idle and backlog materials.
