摘 要:目的对小儿退热栓的渗漉提取工艺进行优化。方法用乙醇作溶剂渗漉提取处方中大黄的活性成分,按正交表L9(34)安排试验,以大黄总蒽醌含量为指标,考察影响乙醇渗漉效率4个因素:浸泡时间、乙醇浓度、乙醇体积及渗漉流速。结果大黄总蒽醌醇渗漉提取的最佳工艺为:浸泡48h后用12倍量的70%乙醇以1.5mL.min-1的流速渗漉提取。结论本法能最大限度地提取处方中大黄的有效成分,可为小儿退热栓的工业化生产提供理论依据。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction technique of Xiaoertuire Suppository.METHODS The extraction technique was optimized by orthogonal experimental design with the total anthraquinones content as evaluation indicator.Single factor exploration was performed to find out the suitable soaking time,alcohol concentration,the extraction time and the volume of alcoho1,and then L9(34) orthogonal design was adopted to select out the best extraction procedure.RESULTS The best condition for manufacture procedure are obtained as materials adding 12-fold times of 70% alcohol,soaking in 48h,and extracted with flow speed of 1.5mL·min-1.the result is credible.CONCLUSION The method can extract effectively active component s in Xiaoertuire Suppository and provide tab data for industrialized manufacture.
