摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱法测定康欣胶囊中二苯乙烯苷的含量。方法色谱柱为Shimpack Vp-ods(4.6mmⅹ15cm)C18柱,流动相为:乙腈∶水(15∶85);流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为320nm。结果二苯乙烯苷的进样量在0.0805μg^4.0250μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9985);平均回收率为96.48%,RSD为0.32%(n=6)。结论该法简便,结果可靠,可有效地用于康欣胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE The content of Tetrahydroxystilbene Glucoside in Kanxin Capsule was determined by HPLC.METHODS The chromatographic column was Shimpack Vp-ods（4.6mmⅹ15cm） C18.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（15∶85）.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 320nm.The external standard and peak area method were used to determine geniposide Tetrahydroxystilbene Glucoside content.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between geniposide and peak area when the sample injection was from 0.0805~4.0250μg（r=0.9985）.The average recovery of adding sample was 96.48% and RSD was 0.32%（n=6）.CONCLUSION This method is simple and believable.It can be effectively used for the quality control of Kanxin Capsule.
