莫匹罗星软膏联合康惠尔透明贴在成人尿布皮炎中的治疗应用

摘　　要：目的寻找更好地解决成人尿布皮炎的治疗与护理方法。方法将54例发生重度尿布皮炎的成年病人随机分为实验组和常规组各27例,实验组应用莫匹罗星软膏联合康惠尔康惠尔透明贴治疗患处,常规组应用莫匹罗星软膏治疗患处,同时进行临床疗效比较分析。结果实验组有效率明显高于常规组,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论莫匹罗星软膏联合康惠尔康惠尔透明贴对成人尿布皮炎有较好的护理疗效,值得推广应用。OBJECTIVE To an effective method in nursing care patients with adult diaper dermatitis.METHODS 54 cases of severe diaper dermatitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The former was treated by Mupirocin ointment and comfeel transparent dressing,while the later was onty treated by Mupirocin Ointment.The therapeutic effect between two groups was compared.RESULTS The efficacy rates of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The combination of Mupirocin Ointment and comfeel transparent dressing is an efficient method in nursing care adult diaper dermatitis.
