小剂量米非司酮序贯宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察小剂量米非司酮序贯宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的远期疗效。方法治疗组:口服米非司酮12.5mg.d-1,12周后口服宫瘤消胶囊每次3片,1日3次,连续6个月。对照组:口服米非司酮。服用方法同治疗组。结果小剂量米非司酮序贯宫瘤消胶囊的治疗治疗效果明显高于单用米非司酮,其差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论小剂量米非司酮序贯宫瘤消胶囊是治疗子宫肌瘤的有效方法。OBJECTIVE To observe the long-term efficacy on the Sequential low-dose mifepristone and Gongliuxiao capsule in treatment of uterine fibroids.METHODS The Treatment group：first take mifepristone 12.5mg·d-1,then after 12weeks take Gongliuxiao capsule 3 tablets each time and 3 times a day for 6 months.The Control Group：take mifepristone only and the way of taking the same as the treatment group.RESULTS The effect of Sequential low-dose mifepristone and Gongliuxiao capsule is better than mifepristone only,there were significantly difference between the two groups（P0.01）.CONCLUSION Sequential low-dose mifepristone and Gongliuxiao capsule is the effective method in treatment of uterine fibroids.
