摘　　要：目的探讨泮托拉唑、奥美拉唑及兰索拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡的经济效果的差别。方法药物经济学成本-效果分析和最小成本分析。结果在愈合率无统计学差异时,兰索拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡的经济成本最低。结论兰索拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡的短期成本较泮托拉唑和奥美拉唑低,但需要样本量较大的原始研究来验证。OBJECTIVE To discuss the different of economical effects within pantoprazole oeprazole and lansoprazole in patients with duodenal ulcer.METHODS Pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis and pharmacoeconomic cost minimization analysis was used.RESULTS The economic cost of lansoprazole in patients with duodenal ulcer was the lowest,when the excellent effective rate was no statistical difference.CONCLUSION The shorterm cost of lansoprazole in patients with duodenal ulcer is lower than pantoprazole and oeprazole,but this study needs a large number original sample to test.
