摘  要:采用冷、热压两种生产工艺,分别制备不同密度(0.85~1.20g/cm3)的竹基纤维复合材料,并检测其物理力学性能。结果表明:两种生产工艺均可制备出物理力学性能优良的竹基纤维复合材料,其中:冷压生产的竹基纤维复合材料的耐水性能较好,热压生产的竹基纤维复合材料的抗弯性能和抗剪切性能更优。The authors made bamboo-fiber based composites with bamboo obtained from a factory. The composites had densities between 0.85 to 1.20 g/cm3 using cold-pressing and hot-pressing methods. The major mechanical and physical properties of these composites were tested. The results showed that both cold-pressing and hot-pressing methods produced composites with high physical and mechanical performance. The composites produced by cold-pressing had better water resistance than those produced by hot pressing. However, the composites produced by hot-pressing had higher bending and shear strengths.
