聚丙烯网状平片结合疝囊高位结扎治疗斜疝55例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨网状平片无张力治疗斜疝的方法和疗效。方法使用聚丙烯补片治疗斜疝患者55例,手术重点修补加强腹股沟管后壁,评估术后恢复与术后并发症情况。结果平均手术时间35min,未使用镇痛药,术后无并发症发生,均在术后1周痊愈出院,随诊效果良好,无复发病例。结论聚丙烯网状平片结合疝囊高位结扎治疗斜疝临床效果确切,术后并发症少。Objective To explore the method and efficacy of tension - free hernia repair for inguinal hernia. Methods Using polypropylene patch treated 55 eases of preperitoneal inguinal hernia. Focus on enhancing surgical repair the posterior wall inguinal canal, assessment of postoperative recovery and postoperative complications. Results The average operative time was 35 minutes, Analgesic drugs was not used ,There were no complications oeeured, were discharged after 1 week, followed up good results, no recurrence. Conclusion Plain film of polypropylene mesh combined with high ligation of hernia sac treatment inguinal hernia have exact clinical results ,fewer postoperative complications.
