摘  要:以马来酸酐、醋酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸为共聚活性单体,在无溶剂条件下,采用原位聚合酯化法,合成了聚羧酸减水剂。考察了侧链长度及用量、引发剂用量及聚合温度等合成条件对减水剂分散性能的影响,确定了最佳合成条件。所制备的聚羧酸减水剂对水泥具有较好的分散能力,掺量仅为0.24%时,减水率高达33.4%,且坍落度保持能力优异,能有效降低泌水率,大大改善混凝土的新拌性能,提高抗压强度。The polycarboxylate water reducer was synthesized by maleic anhydride,vinyl acetate and acrylic acid via in-situ polymerization and esterification method without solvents.The effect of the length and amount of side chains,dosage of initiator and polymerization temperature on the dispersing properties of polycarboxylate were studied.The optimal reaction conditions were determined.The polycarboxylate water reducer shows superior dispersion and slump retention performance in cement,when dosage is 0.24%,the water-reducing ratio reaches up to 33.4%.They could reduce the bleeding rate,improve fresh concrete propertied and increase compression strength,effectively.
