中国优秀女子铁人三项运动员身体形态特征及其评价研究

摘　　要：作为异属多项组合项群的铁人三项运动,对运动员的体能要求特殊,其中身体形态占有重要地位。本研究采用跟踪调研、实验与数理统计法、文献资料法、专家访谈法,以我国女子铁人三项运动员为研究对象,精选了反映年龄和身体形态的14项指标,并进行统计与处理。结果表明,我国优秀女子铁人三项运动员与世界优秀女子铁人三项运动员在除身高以外的形态指标存在显著差异。提出了符合我国女子铁人三项运动员的4项代表性指标,实现选材和训练的个体化与专门化。The triathlon athletes＇ body morphology （BM） plays a role in the physical fitness, and the event is a combination event - group of heterogeneous sport events. The paper probes into the Chinese elite triathletes＇ body morphology by the methods of tracking investigation, test, statistics, document and interview. 14 indexes which represent age and BM were put out. It shows that there was notable difference between Chinese triathletes and world standing triathletes in body morphology but in the index of height. 4 indexes accord with Chinese triathletes＇ situation, which could apply for the individual and specific training.
