摘　　要：针对目前我国行政执法监督机制中存在的监督体制多元无序,监督环节单一、运行单向,监督主体法律责任不明确等问题进行了分析,提出应通过建立综合协调机制,建立健全监督法律制度等举措加以完善。Currently,there are still some problems with supervising mechanism of the administrative enforcement of law in China,for example,the disorder of supervising multi-system,the singleness of steps and operation orientation of supervising,the unclearness of the legal responsibility of the supervising subject We should take several measures,such as the establishment of an integrated coordination mechanism and the perfection of the supervision of legal system to improve it.
