摘　　要：目的:探讨精神病房实施风险管理的效果。方法:通过判定与归类精神病房存在的护理风险,实施风险管理,规避和化解护理风险,确保护理安全。比较风险管理前后护理服务质量变化。结果:住院患者对护理工作综合满意度提高,护理差错发生率降低。结论:应加强精神病房护理风险的识别,提高护理人员风险意识和抗风险能力,这样可以减少精神病房的护理风险。Objective：To discuss on the change in quality of nursing service before and after implement the management of risk in the psychiatric ward.Methods：By judge and classify psychiatric nursing risks,implementation of risk management,avoiding and resolving the nursing risk on clinical,and to ensure the safety in nursing care.Results：Comprehensive satisfaction of the inpatients to care has improved,and has decreased in the incidence of nursing errors.Conclusion：We should strengthen of identifying the nursing risk in psychiatric ward,to heighten nursing staff’s risk awareness and risk-resistant ability,and perfecting management system and workflows.
